Package: xfce-keyboard-shortcuts Version: 4.10.0-3 Severity: normal Tags: upstream
Hello, Currently, there is a bug in xfce-keyboard-shortcuts that prevents the <Shift> modifier key from being used in conjunction with another modifier key (for example, <Meta>) when specifying a keyboard shortcut. To reproduce: * Navigate to Application Shortcuts under the Keyboard configuration * Create a new application shortcut by pressing and holding down the following in order: 1) Alt 2) Shift 3) <any other key, for example: l> The expected behavior is that the shortcut be created as: <Shift><Alt>l However, the current behavior ignores the <Shift> modifier and creates the shortcut incorrectly as: <Alt>l There is already a bug and a patch that has been committed upstream: https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8744 Can this patch be included in the xfce-keyboard-shortcuts package in Debian?
