Running apt-get dist-upgrade i ran into following error message:
Do you want to continue? [Y/n] y

E: Failure running script /usr/sbin/apt-listbugs apt || exit 10

Doing further checks (also with aptitude) all actions to remove or
install packages fail.

Trying to remove apt-listbugs (to remove ruby-gettext after that) give
the same error message.
