Package: debian-installer Severity: normal Tags: d-i Dear Maintainer,
I decided to try out the testing installer, and managed to break it by doing the following: Created a 32 bit virtuial machine (kvm) with an 8G virtual disk, and used the testing netinst iso image from today. In the installer: Did guided partitioning using LVM, with seperate /usr, /home, /tmp, and /var. Choose "Configure ZFS", configuring /usr, /hone, and /var to use zfs. At this point, there was an error message, but there didn't seem to be anything related to ZFS in /var/log/messages. I chose to contiune the installation, and the partitioning screen recognized those partitions as ZFS. However, those partitions weren't mounted at the next stage, and the installation failed when trying to install the kernel due to lack of space. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (200, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.10-2-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
