WTF? Thanks for making aware of this brain-dead decision. This user
incapacitation reminds a lot of the path the GNOME project goes down.

Luckily you can still disable JavaScript in about:config, at least in
Xulrunner 25. Confirmed by
http://www.ghacks.net/2013/07/30/how-to-disable-javascript-in-firefox/

Nevertheless: Mike, is there a chance that the UI change can be
reverted for Iceweasel and the "Disabling JavaScript" checkbox kept as
Debian-specific patch?
