Yes. In fact, I'd expect that block to work anywhere (with the possible exception of Windows, still too often a special case) thanks to the inclusion of stdint.h, and would encourage upstream to simplify the header accordingly. > And what should be this __var__ for Hurd? any clue on that? __gnu_hurd__; sorry for not saying so more clearly.
