Wheezy has been released with libavutils51 version 6:0.8.6-1 and I
can't reproduce this issue in Wheezy.

Can you check the following on your system?

* Check if it works now for you (in Wheezy preferable). If so, the bug
  has been fixed whatever it's cause was.

* If not, please check if you have repositories from
  deb-multimedia.org or Debian's experimental suite in your
  sources.list or sources.list.d/*.list. If that's the case, please
  remove or comment them, check with

    apt-show-versions | fgrep -v uptodate

  that all related packages are at the version in Debian and
  not from some other source. Then check again if the bug is still
  present for you.
