Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?
For beginners, it is NOT clear, which tool should be used for which aspect of
development and packaging. Because lintian and piuparts for example have
overlapping sections.
It would be nice for beginners to know, for which issue and how to use:
** autopkgtest
** lintian
** piuparts
** jenkins

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
I read several documents and asked on IRC, but i am still unsure.
