Package: java-package Version: 0.52 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
Oracle has published an early access to Java 8 (http://jdk8.java.net/download.html). I don't know if the tar.gz will be the final release format, but all linux build are available in that format. The archive is very close to the usual installation directory tree. Is it possible to create a simple .deb with make-jpkg to start playing with that future product ?
