Package: how-can-i-help
Version: 0.4
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

how-can-i-help currently downloads a quite large (50kB) json file during
each APT call. It would make sense to avoid downloading it that
frequently, by using a local cache and HTTP If-Modified-Since.
