Package: devscripts
Version: 2.13.3
Severity: important

I have lose more than 30 minutes to get signature checking right in one of my
package.

Indeed I exported a armored key instead of a binary and I get the cryptic
message (for google sake on the sdubject line)
pgp verify [don't know]: invalid packet (ctb=2d)

So two plans:
- allow armored public keys
- does not allow armored keys and:
   * detect armored keys and ask to upgrade with gpg --dearmor <
debian/upstream-signing-key.asc > out.pgp
   * document that we accept only binary keys and how to convert
   * document the message error in case of problem in the man page
   * open a lintian bug report about the armored key
