Package: cdo Version: 1.6.0+dfsg.1-4 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
Wheezy's cdo 1.5.4 lacks support for NetCDF4. This appears to be determined automatically by the configure process, so this is either being done on a system with old libnetcdf or with a stale config.cache. Please rebuild this package without config.cache and on a system that has current libnetcdf. A simple apt-get source --compile cdo (with build deps preinstalled) on a virgin Wheezy system builds a working version with NetCDF4 support. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (900, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.9.1 (SMP w/16 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages cdo depends on: ii libc6 2.17-2 ii libcdi0 1.6.0+dfsg.1-4 ii libhdf5-7 [libhdf5-7] 1.8.8-9 ii libnetcdfc7 1:4.1.3-6+b1 ii libproj0 4.7.0-2 cdo recommends no packages. cdo suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
