Package: cdo
Version: 1.6.0+dfsg.1-4
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Wheezy's cdo 1.5.4 lacks support for NetCDF4. This appears to be determined
automatically by the configure process, so this is either being done on a
system with old libnetcdf or with a stale config.cache. Please rebuild this
package without config.cache and on a system that has current libnetcdf. A
simple apt-get source --compile cdo (with build deps preinstalled) on a virgin
Wheezy system builds a working version with NetCDF4 support.
