When installing some extensions (from what I can tell, restartless extensions), they won't start correctly when restarting the browser. For example, this extension [1] when installed adds an icon on the toolbar but, when the browser is restarted, it's not there. If I turn it off and on again, it shows ok. The reason I'm reporting this here is because it doesn't happen on Firefox. I reported the problem [2] on this extension [3] and the developer tested on both Iceweasel and Firefox reproduced the problem just like I'm explaining here.
