Package: conky-std Version: 1.9.0-3 Tags: patch upstream Turning on disable_auto_reload causes part of the conky initialization to close fd 0, due to the way some of the code handles inotify_fd. This causes a few weird things to happen, like pre_exec commands failing when conky gets a SIGHUP, and reading from sysfs sensors starts to fail after a few updates (possibly because other code messes around with stdin, but I haven't looked into it).
I've sent a fix upstream to their stable branch here: <https://github.com/adeason/conky/commit/32a7343539d804c93937dd7f148b65a705963a52> That diff applies fine to 1.9.0-3 in Debian. -- Andrew Deason adea...@dson.org -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
