This bug happened again and this time I was more prepared. Some time ago I assigned "ctrl+alt+t" to run a terminal as in Ubuntu. I pressed the keys to open a (invisible) terminal and then moved the mouse cursor over the screen.
The mouse cursor changed shape when reaching the (invisible) edges of the terminal window. Then I clicked (still invisible) on my name (right top) and logged out. At this point Gnome started to draw everything, as expected. Then I could log in again and do my work. (I have set auto login to my user account, when Debian starts.) /Patrik On 08/11/2013 11:16 AM, Ben Hutchings wrote: > Control: tag -1 - moreinfo > > On Sun, 2013-08-11 at 11:02 +0200, Patrik Nilsson wrote: >> It is a normal monitor that is switched on with black pixels.
