Summary: To move toward https://wiki.debian.org/ReproducibleBuilds for maintainers who want their binary packages to be able to be reproduced bit-for-bit, it would be needed for dpkg to sort the files before adding them to the tar files of {data,control}.tar.{xz,bz2,gz}.
