>From the menu, if you go to Project > Build Options, then select the Linker Settings tab, and select "Use target options only" as your desired policy, you can specify all the linker flags yourself under "Other linker options". I've no idea how to configure usage of boost_program_options or have it not link with -lboost_program_options-mt by default. If you have the time, please consider filing a bug upstream.
