Package: postgresql-common Version: 147.pgdg70+1 Severity: normal Installing a dictionary package, for example apt-get install hunspell-de-de, ends up restarting all PostgreSQL servers on the machine, because the dictionary trigger calls postinst, which restarts everything because of the way debhelper sets this up. I think that's a fairly radical reaction.
