What happens when I click on the panel is the same than when I click on Empty
desktop: all windows lose focus, but the Panel doesn't seem to understand that
I clicked it.
cinnamon --replace does not fix it either.
It seems to happen only after some window has maximized to full screen, but can
not be 100% sure.
