We could add [Install] WantedBy=local-fs.target to tmp.mount and ship it disabled by default to be consistent with sysvinit. Enabling tmp-on-tmpfs would then be as simple as systemctl enable tmp.mount which we could add to README.Debian -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
