That name only works with systemd/udev 204

Laurent, the user is using udev 175, so nut-server should probably also
pull in udev-settle.service (in addition to systemd-udev-settle.service).
Well, actually nut should be fixed to not have to rely on udevadm
settle. But we already talked about that ...
