It's now up on http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-voip/pjproject.git It's now based on impoted "tarballs" (which I now generate using git archive). I removed all the non-distributable bits (the alaw_ulaw file with the odd Sun license is still there, though). It's mostly done.
