I assume you mean the whole theme. While I would like to have a bootstrap theme in ikiwiki, the current one includes a modified version of page.tmpl, and I don't want to be stuck maintaining N copies of that file in ikiwiki. Also, the modified page.tmpl disables a number of ikiwiki features, like the sidebar. It should be possible to use <TMPL_IF THEME_BOOTSTRAP> in the current page.tmpl to make it generate the right thing when the bootstrap theme is enabled, and so merge all necessary changes into the file.
