Bug#718472: gwhois doesn't know about .ga whois server

Version: 20120626

The whois server for .ga "whois.dot.ga" is currently not known by gwhois. 
The following lines in /etc/gwhois/pattern will fix the issue:

:whois|whois.dot.ga
\.ga$
