Control: tags 717844 patch

Hi,

I have tested my patched packages. It works. So I am tagging this bug
as patch.

The words suggested by these new dictionary are added but not as high
priority. That is what we need now.

For example, now 中国の羈縻政策can be typed. But this choice is not the
first one.「あいうえお」can be typed and it is the first choice but
「愛上男」is also less popular choice. I do not see much value for the
second example, but it is harmless.

So this patch is good one.

Now any GTK/KDE vewer can display Japanese documentation in
/usr/share/doc/<package>/ .

FYI 1: I think the best dictionary is to use edict2 as its base and merge
and polish main dictinary is nice thing to do as next step.

FYI 2: I think we need to be careful about license of these dictinaries.
edict2 and wikipedia are under CC-SA. Although, Cannadic was MIT
license, alt-cannadic/* used in this package is GPL2+. So merging
dictinary for wikipedia/edict2 in CC-SA and alt-cannadic in GPL may be
problematic. (Needs discussion)

Osamu
