For versions 1.0.7 and 1.0.8 (current version in jessie and sid), at least the cairo plugin is missing from the installed libraries. More specifically, there is a discrepancy between the listing of 'good' gstreamer plugins according to the installed documentation (from gstreamer1.0 -plugins-good-doc), as given by file:///usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gst-plugins-good-plugins-1.0/index.html and the shared libraries installed by the binary package.
