Sometimes configured by BackupPC CGI, it writes back those missing (new)
definitions to config file.
Then you should look tail of config.pl....

Better way is take the new config to ground and copy old things from old
config, whet you need.

If you have quite recent config, do this way:

diff -y /etc/backuppc/config.pl /etc/backuppc/config.pl.dpkg-dist | less
