It depends what you mean by "used" (see below).

I don't like any preset: I want to have my own configuration, shared
between multiple machines. That's why I chose "Import from File" the
first time I started Firefox. But in fact, the options loaded from
the file aren't taken into account. So, the bug is more serious than
I thought.
