I already outlined what gnome-keyring and gnome-bluetooth are required for. gconf is simply needed because nm-applet uses that as configuration systemd. And no, I won't be re-implementing that with a homegrown config file solution, because that would be stupid. So, all in all, I don't really see a point for a -gtk package, and indeed so far this is a clear wont-fix bug. I'm even tempted to just close it.
