Yes, but I can only repeat my concerns: it looks like ceph is
basically unmaintained in debian, and I personally don't have
neither expirience nor interest in maintaining it.

Qemu-kvm in sid is a transition package, and there are NEWS entries about
that.  Both qemu-kvm and qemu-system are built from the same source, named
qemu, which you ARE already using to (re)build it.

Wow. Sure it wont work.

Add it to debian/control, just take a look at that file and you'll
see what to do.

Which issue?  Note that qemu-kvm didn't built statically linked
qemu-user binaries...
