Builds of erlang-proper covering only its architecture-dependent
binary packages (as on the autobuilders) have been failing:

/.../debian/erlang-proper-doc/usr/share/doc/erlang-proper-doc/edoc
mv: cannot stat
`/.../debian/erlang-proper-doc/usr/share/doc/erlang-proper-doc/doc': No such
file or directory
make[1]: *** [override_dh_installdocs] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/...'
make: *** [binary-arch] Error 2
Could you please conditionalize this command appropriately?
