on a multi-monitor system, all Qt applications (including KDE applications) have a bug of positions for menus. On the secondary monitor, it does not display the menu at all: http://fourcot.fr/temp/no-menu-on-secondary-monitor.png On the first monitor, the place of the menu is very confusing: http://fourcot.fr/temp/bad-place-of-menu-main-monitor.png (and it can be partially/fully outside of the monitor). It is probably related with #709782 and #708925.
