the additional udev rules are, in my opininion, unnecessary
I think it's normal for an user to be in the 'audio' group

the libmtp-common package assigns 664 permission and sets owners root.audio for all mtp devices connected (including android devices)

the rules are contained here
/lib/udev/rules.d/69-libmtp.rules

after install this package the adb can correctly use a real android device to debug an application.
