I just tried the new tcpflow, and it does work:
dima@shorty:/tmp/testcase$ tcpflow -r testcase.pcap
dima@shorty:/tmp/testcase$ ls
127.000.000.001.39885-127.000.000.001.03000 ::1.36781-::1.03000 report.xml
testcase.pcap
dima@shorty:/tmp/testcase$ cat 127.000.000.001.39885-127.000.000.001.03000
ipv4 traffic
dima@shorty:/tmp/testcase$ cat ::1.36781-::1.03000
ipv6 traffic
Please close this bug if you feel that this is sufficient. I'll look
into getting this out of experimental and on the path to jessie.
