The ftp.cn.debian.org is usually really slow for me here in Guangdong
province (Southern China). Sometimes I only get 250KB/sec at best.
With mirrors.163.com I was getting almost 1000KB/sec and with
mirrors.sohu.com I'm now getting around 600KB/sec on average. Hong Kong
is only a couple hours away, and I only get 100KB/sec to Hong Kong.
BTW, lists.debian.org is blocked in China for apparently no reason, so
you have to use a VPN to access it.. The Internet here is strange, but
that's China for you.
