Some helpful Mozilla devs explained that "iceowl -purgecaches" was necessary to change the js there. It seems the error is occuring due to a failed load of /usr/lib/iceowl/timezones.sqlite . Which might have moved to /usr/share/iceowl/extensions/calendar-timezo...@mozilla.org/timezones.sqlite ?
