as the subject already mentions, DRBD 8.3 userland in jessie/testing is incompatible with DRBD 8.4 kernel modules from the 3.9 linux package. DRBD kernel modules are at 8.4 branch in upstream linux kernel since kernel release 3.8. Ubuntu already ships DRBD 8.4 userland for this reason within Raring (13.04). Please consider to upgrade DRBD userland to 8.4. For now DRBD is unusable in Debian sid/unstable and jessie/testing.
