A few months ago, I prepared some proposed packaging for debian in the
pkg-sks git repo:
git clone git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-sks/pkg-sks.git
i have not had a chance to test it at all yet, and there are still some
outstanding questions about build-hardening through the ocaml toolchain,
but i'm hoping to have something uploaded relatively soon.
