We just created a new libmotif3 package and I was surprised to see such an old bug appearing. Anyway, a lot has happened since you filed this bug. Could you please check if it is fixed with a resent libmotif3/libmotif4 package? I tried your test case, but it does not fail here, so if you can not test it anymore, or we don't hear back from you, I am going to close this bug in, say, 2 months time. Paul
