Unfortunately Upstram (Daminan Conway) mentioned on the RT ticket[1] that libregexp-grammars-perl is not compatible with perl 5.18, see there for detailed explanation. If there is no solution to it when perl 5.18 will migrate, then we can remove libregexp-grammars-perl at the same time (unless there is a solution until then).
