this issue affects not wheezy, as libc-bin (which is essential) ships 
/usr/bin/rpcinfo.
Since eglibc 2.16-0experimental0 libc-bin doesn't ship /usr/bin/rpcinfo anymore.

This will get fixed by recommending "rpcbind" with further releases.
