Package: upstart
Version: 1.6.1-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,
   * What led up to the situation?
        Installed upstart and rebooted system.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Boot hangs on services which in init info section have # Required-
Start: $all dependency or similar. On my system these services are: minissdpd,
plymouth, rc.local, rmnologin, stop-bootlogd. Hang appears to be in startpar
process which doesn't allow end of rc script.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Normal start of these services at boot.
