In "emacs24 -q" and without emacs-goodies-el installed,
M-x a2ps-mode
gives an error
Cannot open load file: filladapt
GNU emacs doesn't come with filladapt.el (though you can get it in the
emacs-goodies-el package). It'd be good if a2ps-mode didn't use
filladapt if it's not available.
I'd wonder if filladapt is a matter of personal preference. a2ps-mode
might leave it to each user to select by turn-on-filladapt-mode in
a2ps-mode-hook. (If filladapt is particularly helpful then a defcustom
of a2ps-mode-hook could show it in :options.)
