This is a bug for #709934 regression and should have been filed as new one or reopened the one for #709934. So I am keeping this #709934 as normal bug and open as is. Please test newly build package. So I decided to change the build script to use the lastest version of autotools by running autoreconf during the build process. (This makes it not neede to apply patch for Makefile.in.)
