This command spits an error here; what is the exact command that you are running to test for this bug ? Also, note that the logrotate script is now /etc/logrotate.d/cups-daemon and that it properly stops the daemon, rotates the logs, and starts the daemon. I don't really see what is failing on your side. Did you maybe change the cups and/or logrotate configuration? In what way? And what breaks again?
