I think it's more serious - right now after upgrade (Debian unstable)
I lost icons in LXDE and many programs like icedove or iceweasel.
During upgrade, after messages above:
This likely means that your installation is broken.
Try running the command gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders >
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders.cache
There's bug - the command has to be run with full path:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders >
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders.cache
