Interestingly, the value actually returned here is -75345. That's with libc 2.17. With libc 2.13 -75346 is returned. I guess the discrepancy might be due to libm changes between 2.13 and 2.17 which changes floating point operations just a little bit. I'll see with upstream, but I guess for now I'll just make the debian package accept the discrepancy which is no real issue for this kind of package.
