sadt is a trivial tool to do what should be a nice easy task; autopkgtest 
seems to be shrouded in complexity which means that, like piuparts, developers 
just don't bother with it. sadt also runs quite happily as an unprivileged 
user which seems much more sensible for running tests of code that is designed 
to run as an unprivileged user (i.e. most code in the archive); autopkgtest 
still does not support that (#648148).
