Which was that *exactely* the map files from
        texlive-lang-other
are missing.

Is texlive-lang-other correctly instaled?

Can you run
        debsums texlive-lang-other
and let me know if there are some files that are *not* OK

You might fix errors by reinstalling texlive-lang-other.
