I have removed these packages and have tried again, but nothing gets better. After all, I have learned the package > ii scim-anthy 1.2.7-3 > i386 SCIM IMEngine module for Anthy is not provided for Wheezy. It seems that this scim-anthy (1.2.7-3) is from Squeeze which was previously installed. I have confirmed that scim-setup works fine if scim-anthy is removed. I wonder why scim-anthy is not provided for Wheezy though it's available for Squeeze, Jessie and Sid. Should I use ibus instead of scim?
