Bug#708681: Cairo-related issue

With |--enable-system-cairo| I see this on a locally-built Firefox.  
Without that flag, I do not see this.  Iceweasel 17 doesn't exhibit 
this.

Not sure if this is a bug with system Cairo or with something Firefox 
now assumes about its patched version of Cairo.
